Although an official seal is not required for a New York notary public, most use a New York notary stamp or New York embossing seal as a matter of convenience. New York does also not require notaries public to use a journal or book to record notarial acts performed, but we recommend such a journal as another tool to help you in your business. A New York notary journal can provide records of your notarial acts in the event you need to prove something was or was not done.  Please visit our store for your seal, stamp, journal, and any other supplies you may need, by clicking on the following link: New York Notary Supplies

Choose NEw York from the drop down menu and click the Enter Store button to view all New York notary supplies offered by Notary Rotary. Follow the onscreen instructions through the order process and your order will ship as soon as we are able to process it, usually no more than two days before shipping. When you receive your supplies you will be prepared to take up the duties and responsibilities of a New York notary public.
