Step 3: Order your supplies from Notary Rotary and begin your duties as a notary public for the State of Delaware

Once you have recorded your commission with the Recorder of Deeds in your county, you should think about what supplies you might need. Delaware notaries public are required to use an official notary seal when performing notarizations. The Delaware notary seal stamp from Notary Rotary contains all required elements and will provide thousands of quality impressions before being reinked.

While the state does not require a notary public to keep a journal we recommend doing so as this record will provide the truth about what occured if a notarial act is ever called into question. The Modern Journal of Notarial Events, available in the online store makes an excellent Delaware notary journal. To order your supplies please visit the Notary Rotary Store. Enter all required information and scroll down to select any products you might need. Follow the onscreen instructions through checkout and your supplies will be sent to you as soon as your order can be processed, usually within 2-3 days.

As soon as you receive your supplies you will be ready to begin your duties as a commissioned notary public for the State of Delaware.
