Most of what the website provides is voluntary and it is fair to say, many, if not most of us know about the code of Conduct, insurance guidelines for our state
Since it is voluntary, I see it as a money making opportunity for those involved - nothing more - nothing less.
As a Notary Public, I follow California Notary Law. PERIOD.
It seems to me, this is designed for Lenders and others who originate loans.
It is a glorified Site designed for Lenders; informing the lenders what to expect from Notaries Publics/Signing Agents. |
