Hello! I can help with scheduled or short notice signing appointments with a high level of quality service that is dependable and have been providing general Notary and Notary Signing Agent services since 2006.
I am a people person, friendly and professional. I arrive to my appointments on schedule, prepared with respect for the signer’s time and with a knowledgeable and pleasant attitude. Communication, experience, mentoring and ongoing networking via professional notary forums has allowed me to establish best practices that make for wonderfully smooth and accurate signings.
I am proficient with a variety of loan types: Refinance, purchase, seller, reverse mortgage and applications, out of state loans, piggy-back mortgages, home equity line of credit, electronic signings, grant deeds, power of attorneys and more.
I accept electronic, overnight, or faxed documents for areas within West Los Angeles County and East Ventura County.
Fees vary from $80 to $250 depending on the type, size, and complexity of the documents. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the service area, faxing or scanning/emailing back of executed documents, or concurrent multiple property signings. Please contact me and I would be glad to discuss a rate for your specific needs.
Loan Signing Services Include:
- All required documents are completed, signed, initialed, and notarized with administration of Oaths and state compliance with journal entries completed.
- Upon request, I will collect any closing funds due, copy of identification and any other documentation needed.
- A hard copy, duplicate set of documents is provided.
- Meeting the signer(s) at a place of their convenience up to 15 miles one-way.
- Same day delivery of executed documents to your shipper of choice.
- Email, call, or online web status updates are provided for confirmation, status and completion of signing.
