I will travel to parts of Mendocino, Lake and Napa counties. I check and double-check the documents when they come in, as well as before I send them back. I take pride in my work, and my ability to make the borrowers feel at ease during their closing. I accept edocs, have a dual tray laser printer and laptop with broadband internet capability. I carry $100,000.00 E&O insurance coverage, and have had a recent background check done by NNA (2013). This a full time job for me and I take it very seriously. I will guarantee that the job will be done correctly and professionally. I have experience with esign closings, provident loans, sellers, purchases, refis, HELOCs, home improvement loans, and more. I was recently re-certified by NNA as a Notary Signing Agent.
