|  | | I became an NNA certified signing agent in late March, 2004 after retiring as a City of Davis police lieutenant. I do signings primarily in Yolo County and Dixon in Solano County, but will discuss other locations. I am available virtually everyday. As of September 1, 2013 I have completed over 1900 signings including purchase (buyer and seller), refi, modification, reverse mortgage, HELOC, mobile home, modular home, commercial building, small business and construction loans. Over half of my signings have been e-docs. I have a laser printer with letter and legal paper trays. I have done power of attorney signings and signings involving trusts. I have also handled living trust signings. My renewed commission expires in 2016. |
