I have a strong commitment to Real Estate Ethics. Out of High School in 1986 I started in the Title and Escrow business and built my way up to an Escrow Officer in 1992. By 1998 I had served as Education Chair of the Los Angeles Escrow Association and Secretary of the Ventura County Escrow Association along side of receiving my certification as a Certified Escrow Officer from the California Escrow Association. I learned the field of Escrow in Southern California and moved to Sacramento in 2001 to enhance my knowledge in the field. Since being here I have continued my education to become a Certified Income Tax preparer and obtain my Associates Degree at Sacramento City College in the field of Real Estate and Accounting. As I continue toward my Bachelors Degree I received my Real Estate Brokers license and manage properties. I find the challenge of continually enhancing my Real Estate experience to be very rewarding. With each interest I have I am compelled to not just understand it but master it. This year I created LL Realty Services with a partner of mine who's major background has been flipping properties. He desires to learn all I can offer him and in exchange I wish to learn more about real estate appraisal and construction. Together we desire to continue the excellent practices of quality notarial services. We have a large sphere of professionals to assist us along the way including fellow notaries who have also been in the Escrow and Finance Industries for years.
