I have been a Certified Loan Document Signing Agent since 2005 with approximately 1100 accurately completed refinanced 1st loans, FHA/VA loans, HELOCs, home buyer / seller documents plus auto purchases and loans. In addition, I have completed a dozen onsite business inspections for those owners who need to receive credit reports of their clients.

I also notarize POAs, Certifications, Grant deeds, Quitclaim deeds, Applications and misc. Affidavits ($10 per notarized signature taken). NO travel fee to Sun City Shadow Hills; $15-40 for travel to nearby communities.  ($75 to Indio jail for documents)

My signers appreciate the way that I treat them, and how I point out the details in their documents that they need to know for their important transactions. Lenders and Escrow Officers appreciate my availability, attention to detail, accurateness and rapid return of their documents. I have 2 laser printers, 1 with dual trays, for legal and letter-size docs. I am usually available on short notice and very flexible about appointment times.

My last Background Screening was completed 2/2013. My Commission will be renewed Dec 2013 for 4 more yrs. I am insured for $100K and bonded as required. I travel throughout the Coachella Valley, mostly to Palm Desert, Indio, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Bermuda Dunes, Coachella, Palm Springs plus Mecca and the Salton Sea for $20 extra travel fee plus Loan Signing fee (also Mountain Center or Desert Center for a $40 extra travel fee.)
