Posted by LadyCA at 12/19/2013 1:25:00 AM | Had a signing this evening and it happen that not only the borrower was next to me but also her 5 kids coming and going asking for food back and forth, also they were arguing with each other for food , she was a nice lady but boy a signing with 5 kids around not a very easy thing to juggle but I managed.
Than before that had a notarization and no lights in the house all she had was a small kids little lamp and she pulled her car in front of the door by the garage and left the car lights on so we can see to notarize. Glad is over this evening all went well in the end  , anyone had this kind of experiences ? |
