I have been doing loan signings for over 8 years. I have also been inspections for over 4 years. I am fully bonded and have more than adequate Errors and Omissions insurance. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and know it quite well. I am very comfortable going to people's homes. I also have a professional office space, centrally located downtown, where I can meet with clients if they are uncomforable having a stanger in their home.

I offer mobile services, but clients may also sign their loan documents in my office, located at 1275 N. Norma, if they prefer.

Availability/Service Areas

Signings can usually be accommodated on weekday afternoons and evenings, and anytime on weekends. Services are primarily available in 93555 & 93556 (Ridgecrest), 93527 (Inyokern), and 93562 (Trona), but other areas are available for additional travel fees based upon actual mileage. All assignments outside of Ridgecrest will incur additional travel fees. Fees

Fees negotiated for loan signings are contingent upon average document packages and up to 2 signers. Packages larger than 150 pages, requiring more than 2 signers, fax backs, overnight documents requiring signature confirmation, appointments after 8 pm, and appointments on major holidays will incur additonal fees.

**Written confirmation with correct fee is required before appointment is confirmed and documents printed. Fees are based upon unique conditions and are subject to renegotiation if package differs from initial representation.** 

Special Considerations

• Documents must be received, at a minimum:
• 2 hours before scheduled appointment time for local assignments
• 4 hours before for assignments out of Ridgecrest or additional fees will apply
• Requests for loan signings are tentative until a proper confirmation and documents are received
• Appointments times will not be held while fee approval is in process
• 24-hour service for notarial emergencies in Ridgecrest only
