As a professional signing specialist, I confirm back with you at every point of contact (email rec'd, appointment confirmed, docs printed, job completed, questions or issues from the signers).  I print docs on a dual tray laser, keeping them in your same order, and I ONLY use office drop-offs with receipts (no drop boxes).  I put the borrowers copy in a clean manila folder, and all checks returned to Title go into a neon green envelope so they aren't accidentally misplaced.
