|  | I have been a full-time Certified Notary Signing Agent for 10 years and have completed over 3000 loan signings. Recently I renewed my NNA Certified Background Screened Certification for another two years along with FBI and State of California Dept of Justice background screenings. The E & O Insurance I carry is $100,000. I accept eDocs and am available for home or office signings, weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
I have a high-speed laser dual tray printer with a high speed DSL line. Also I use an iPhone 5 that allows me to accept last minute loan signings while on the road and contact borrowers immediately. My experience includes multiple loan signings for title companies, banks, lenders, real estate offices and nationwide signing services. I have also completed business inspections and auto loan purchases as well as working in hospitals and nursing facilities. The counties I cover are San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Sonoma and Contra Costa in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a member of the American Society of Notaries, Premier member of Notary Rotary as well as a member of the NNA, Notary Cafe and 123 Notary. June of 2012 I was Notary of the month for Maverick Signings.
