I have been in the industry eight years now, I have experience with refinances, purchases, loan modifications, commercial real estate equity lines of credit, sellers package and disclosures. I take pride in my work and enjoy it very much. I work through out the Santa Clarita valley which includes Valencia, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Canyon Country, Castaic and Newhall. I carrie E&O insurance and I have a certified background screening through the NNA. I work Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm and 9am to 4pm Saturday and Sundays. Also when I am with the borrower i give them my full attention, if I make a mistake I will go back and fix it at no charge, I like to give the borrowers their copies in a legal manila jacket, so it is more professional. The last pick up for fedex and UPS is 5 pm in my area. Please call me you won't regret it.
