I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1998. I have been employed as a closing agent for several title companies since 2001, until I recently decided to become a mobile notary.
I am a Certified Signing Agent and my most recent Background Check was completed in February 2013. I am experienced in FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional loan processing, as well as closings. In addition to my very organized and precise loan closing skills, I am also a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker.
I am available for closings Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm ONLY! My closing fees start at $200.00. I require a minimum four hour advance notice for all signings. I will travel up to 10 miles from my home office for a closing.
