I am available Monday through Saturday 4pm-8pm ONLY.

I have been a Florida Notary since 2008 and a Signing Agent for a year and a half.  In the last year, I have signed more than 75 refinances and handled 50 other document types.  I have never had documents returned or fees not paid due to errors.  I carry $125,000 in E&O insurance.  I have extensive customer service skills and pride myself on punctuality.

I work in the Crestview, Florida Area 32536 and 32539 (Okaloosa County).  I am willing to travel outside my normal service area for an additional minimum of $25 or other reasonable fee depending on the distance.

My fees are negotiable, but I usually charge $125 for Refinancing Documents and $75 for other types of document packages as a Signing Agent.  As a Notary, I charge $10 for my service and may charge a travel fee if needed.   I do have a fax machine, but I do not fax entire packages.  I am willing to fax specific documents (up to 20 pages), if needed, for an additional $20 fee.

Give me a call for prompt and professional service.  If you call between 8am and 3pm, I will not be able to take your call, but please leave me a message as I can check them during those hours and get back to you if I am available.  It is unlikely I will be able to do same day assignments as I have a day job, so please try to give me at least one day notice for any assignments.
