The Upper Keys in Monroe County is my primary territory but I can easily travel 25 miles north to provide notary services to south Miami/Dade mainland clients in Homestead and Florida City, for example.

If I am requested the day of the signing, the $90 fee is raised to $125 with no extra cost for the edocs and borrower copy.
If the signing is an emergency, the fee is $150.00 inclusive.
There is a $25.00 Faxback charge and an extra $25.00 charge for a package drop if it cannot be done en route by 5 PM due to the absence or limited location of drop boxes and the need to make an extra trip.
