|  | | CommuniMatics Mobile Notary Services has been providing mobile Notary services since 1970 with thousands and thousands of documents notarized. Certified Signing Agent services have been available since 2005. Providing mobile Notary services is my FULL-TIME profession. I am fully mobile and always travel with my smartphone, portable scanner, printer, laptop and air-card. I have closed first and second mortgages as well as refinances and reverse mortgages. E-documents are accepted as well as overnight and fax documents.
I take pride in being on-time for my appointments so I always allow extra travel time. I would rather sit in my car for a few minutes so I can arrive on time than arrive late to a closing. Travel in Central Florida can be very challenging. Sometimes a location that is only 10 miles away can take 30-40 minutes travel time.
I strive to make sure that my borrowers understand their loan documents but I will never discuss the terms of their loan. I am very patient and always allow extra time for those borrowers who want to read their documents thoroughly before signing. This may take a little longer, but my borrowers and lenders appreciate the extra patience.
I always double-check my work before I leave the closing table and always notify my client as soon as the closing is completed. I always dress professionally, park on the street and make sure that I carry unbranded supplies in my Notary case. I have accounts at both FedEx and UPS and am very familiar with the locations that have late pick-up times so that documents can be shipped same-day.
I am a member of the National Notary Association, 123 Notary, Notary Rotary and the Goldenrod Chamber of Commerce. I actively volunteer with the American Legion Auxiliary, the Central Florida Disaster Services team and the Boy Scouts of America. Giving service to the community is my passion!
