In the past I have spent years in the mortgage industry as a Sr. Loan Officer for one of the leading mortgage lenders in the Kansas City market. I have extensive experience in the industry and consequently, I am knowledgeable about the closing documents, loan programs and the closing process itself. I am personally commissioned in both Kansas and Missouri and all notaries are covered under my EandO insurance with $500,000 of coverage. Our office systems include Xerox Phaser 5550 Laser printers which have the ability to print up to 50 ppm and come equipped with 10GB of memory, HP LaserJet 4100 MFP Printers with 256 MB SDRAM memory and additional 1G plug-in hard disc installed, PCL Level 5. All Printers have the capabitly of printing both legal and letter size documents.
