I understand and can explain all the documents, and am familiar with the snags that can come up throughout the process. I have taken the signing agent course through 123 notary and have been certified. I am interested in and willing to perform any signings and certifications needed, and am comfortable going to homes, jails, hospitals, coffee shops, and other locations. I work in Wakefield, MA and am available to serve within a 20 mile radius, after I have finished my work day. I live in Chelmsford, MA and am able to serve a 20 mile radius of that in the nights and weekends. With me, you won't have to worry that the documents will be completed right the first time, and you will feel right at home during the quick and somewhat painless signing process. I am available Mon-Fri after 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am-11pm.
