I am available to perform any type of notarization for any type of document or loan signing, including deeds, affidavits, contracts, refinances, reverse mortgages, etc.
I retired from a 23 year career with the United States Postal Service. Experience there included letter carrier, distribution/window clerk, Customer Service Supervisor and Postmaster. Before that I worked for First Union national Bank for 15 years. There I worked in both the Commercial and Consumer Lending Departments and was a Notary Public for 5 years. I just recently started my own business. I was recommissioned as a Notary in March of 2013 and certified as a signing agent in June. I am a certified, background screened signing agent with
the National Notary Association and a member of the American Association of Notaries.
I am able to receive email documents, faxed documents and/or overnight delivery. My office is equipped with high speed internet and a dual drawer laser printer. Services are available in your borrower's home, business or an agreeed upon location by appointment only. I am available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. My fees are negotiable.
