I ONLY DO REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS, NO VEHICLE OR OTHER DOCUMENT NOTARIZING. I AM NOW FULL TIME. I will travel from my home in Troy, NC to anywhere in the following counties: Montgomery, Stanly, and Randolph. My normal fees for a typical mortgage closing is $125 plus $25 doc fee which includes a copy for the borrower. I will also RECORD the Deed in the property location's county courthouse for a $50 fee.
Anything over a 70 mile roundtrip will have a $.54 per mile charge added to my fee.
North Carolina does not require that I be bonded or carry E and O.
