Please be reminded that most companies pay $25+ in addition to the basic fee for extra travel. I have experience in signings, such as: RESPA, HELOC, refinance/consolidation, construction, streamline, 1st/2nd (Piggyback) and purchase. NOW OFFERING REVERSE MORTGAGE SIGNINGS and Estate Planning witnessing. I am happy to discuss fee negotiations with you. Other competitors are typically paying a range of $75-100 for a typical closing such as refinance/consolidation. Construction is around $75 and purchases $125. Again, these figures reflect what other companies are paying and doesn't include the edoc fee. Keep in mind many things factor into the basic fee, such as: size of package, type of package, extra travel, whether the documents are over nighted, and if a large amount of documents are to be faxed back. I charge $25 for anything I print out (ex:dynamic docs/edocs) but my base fee is $75.
