We do charge travel fees for any closings out of the local area. 24/7 service (emergency-rates apply.) Drive time is based on time, not mileage. Minimum rate is $45 per hour. Local area is (Albany/Corvallis) anything outside this area incurs additional time/travel cost. Example: Signing in Newport = 1 hour drive each way, plus 1 hour prep and 1 1/2 hours client and eDocs printing time = 5 hours = $225.00.
All payments must be paid within 30-days of signing. Companies who pay late will be required to supply a $100 advance (PayPal or Credit Card) before we can accept further offers.
