ethical dilemma

If you do business direct with a Title Company for an established fee, is it right to do business through a SS for the same Title Company for less? What could be the potential fall-out for accepting such an assignment?

could the potential fall-out bee that the title company might expect to get
you directly for the same fee the signing service paid you??

You know, that could definitely be something worth considering. There are so many variables. Making a decision on this one could almost be like, "sticking your hand in a meat grinder that's set to turn-on at a predetermined time, but you just don't know when." Yet, I believe a decision has to be made.

Yes it's o.k. , by signing directly for the title co. you the notary are now the middle man too, so you get all the signing fee. Those are the best!!
