2 sets of Docs..How much time???

I have a signing that has a 1st and 2nd (2nd is a HELOC) I have not done a "combo" yet. How much time do you think it will take. I usually allow 1 hour for signings. Thanks in advance, Marla

Usually the HELOC is much smaller than the refi. I've found that it usually only takes me about 15-20 minutes longer to do a second set of docs.

Normally I alot an hour and a half for a signing, this allows me to spread my appointments so that I am not late to my next, it also doesn't make the borrower feel rushed. For a double signing, I allow an extra hour, so that the signings run smoothly.
