Advertisement as a Mobile Notary

How can one advertise as a Mobile Notary in Oregon. Is it legal to put advertisement for Notary Services in malls and public notice boards - like those in apartments etc.
What sort of advertisement is considered legal for a notary

The only thing illegal in notary advertisement is using your own seal to promote/advertise the service. I"m commissioned in OR also.

Notaries who have questions about the laws governing your commission:

If you want to know something about "how to" as it relates to YOUR state's notary laws--- one way to find out is:

(1) Go to http://www.google.com
(2) Search for "gov notary Oregon" if you happen to be from the state of Oregon.

By using *gov* in the search, most of the hits will be government websites and you should be able to find what you need.
