Anyone got paid by South Coast Signing Service/Diana Bey?

She owes me one signing from November. After she placed an order, I never heard from her...does not answer any of my calls. She must have grown corns from listening to my messages already. Anyway, does anyone know if she is also a Notary? I know that she owes other notaries at GMN board also. I just do not know if they were able to collect. Please update if you guys know. Is she still in business?

No, I have not been paid. She owes me for 2 closings.

She is not answering her phone for me either.

Dead beat company!! This is why I am a bit shy of taking closings from Signing Agencies.

Atleast from the Lender or Title Company, I know that I will be paid.
