Beware of Angels on the Run

Angels on the Run located in Mission Viejo CA finally paid me for a closing I did back in mid-November!

As I recall (from the dank recesses of my now-murky memory) they were desperate when they called. My records show that I did this closing at 10:30 at night because that was the only time the borrower could meet.

I also took less than my normal fee (what was I thinking?)

How lucky can you get. They called me last week for same situation. Very late but agreed to my fee. But they called back to inform me the lender had not managed to get things ready. Thanks for info.

I have not been paid for a closing for them I did in December. When I (finally!) got through to someone last week, after countless messages and faxes, I was told they had a fire in their payroll dept. and I would receive the check this week.

I think she (Laurie) meant that they fired a person in the payroll dept.
