Closing Experts aka Closing Experts Settlement Services

Did a signing for them in November 2004. Cannot get paid. Beware. Other message boards show he (Steven ) has made a habit of not paying. I would like to know if anyone on this board had a problem with him and also were you ever paid. Apparently he is now working for a mortgage company. He did not know when I took the assignment from him that I am also a loan officer and I deal with the company he is with. I'll be contacting my rep. What really gets me is that before I agreed to accept the signing from him, I specifically told him that if he had any plans of not paying to do us both a favor and not do business with me because I will pursue all avenues to be compensated as agreed .
