Closing with Countrywide

Hi I am doing a closing with Countrywide tomorrow. Has anyone had any experience with them? How do you obtain your fee? Any other info. Thanks!!!

I've not done any with them, but have heard they are one of the best as far as timeliness of payment, rates, etc.

Good luck!

I've only done one for them. When the guy called to ask me to do it for that same evening, I was already booked. He said he didn't care how late it was, but absolutely needed it that night. Then he offered to pay $500. So I took it, and I got to the signing at about 10:30 pm. Then when I called to get a Fedex number, they said they didn't have one (Right!) So I used my own account number and billed them for it. They paid the $500, plus the Fedex cost, within 30 days. I'd work for them again anytime, even if it wasn't $500.
