Elite Siging Service - ESS - Cary IL

I've seen quite a few negative posts regarding this company - mostly from last year.

Can anyone tell me of recent experiences with them? Are they paying?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I took 2 signings from them and they did pay but later than agreed. I sent an
e-mail complaint to the title company mentioning that a big national company could
certainly select a signing service that was more reputable

Patricia,

how recent was this? They have called and booked 3 signings with me. i toldthem that i'm hesitant to work with them so the owner sent me a letter stating that i will be paid within 2 weeks of the closing - I'm still in time to cancel if that's the advice i'm given - i did tell her why i was hesitant and the type of rep they have on the boards and she's telling me they are trying to change this.... bla bla bla!

one of the signings was in November and one in December. When Gladys called
me to ask me to do the signings I mentioned to her that their company had a poor reputation
and she said that the late payments to notaries were because one of their customers
owed them $100,000.00 I fell for it and later realized that she was blaming it all on someone else. It took about 2 months and 7 or 8 phone calls to get paid for the November signing

They called us last week and we told them they had a very bad reputation in the Notary field. When we as if payment would be within 2 weeks of funding I was told payment would be 6-8 weeks after the signing..Nooo Thank you.

Stay away..

I did one for them in early December, 2004 and have just received payment for after numerous phone calls faxes and emails. Totally pathetic and big waste of my time.

I did three signings for them in 2004 and received payment 6-8 weeks after each one. No phone calls or faxes on my part.

and you see no problem waiting almost 2 months for the money? Tell the people you owe money to wait 2 months for it.
