I have a HELOC closing to do tomorrow. Is there a significant difference, or is there something I have to do different than a regular closing.

Less paper work, treat it like a normal closing. There may or may not be a RTC depending if the owner lives there or not.

Should take 20 minutes of your time.

Sometimes there isn't a TIL. Instead, there is HELOC disclosure.
