This is the same company as JMT - haven't worked with them for about 3.1/2 years now, but they did pay in a timely manner.

Hillcrest Document Services. 2 signings, 1st one paid as agrred (about 30 days) 2nd one pending but not overdue. I am in California, Alan was the contact. Both were Ameriquest Loans. make sure you bill for a fat e-doc pkg. 250 copies, including borrowers copy. Good Luck,Marla

I deal with them almost all the time and yes they pay on time. For the most part they have been pretty good. But it's true their e-docs are over 100 pgs. plus they want you to make a copy for borrower.

Duh!

Of course "they want you to make a copy for the borrower"! What else would you do? Email a copy to the borrower?! (Please, for the love of Pete, don't say "Yes"!)

Any time you get e-docs you are required to make copies for the borrower, and the copies should be included in your edoc fee.
