How are these two companies related?

"Nationwide Doc Prep" (Santa Barbara, CA) and "Mercury Transaction Services" (Greenwood Village, CO).

There's only one posting thread for "Nationwide Doc Prep", and the only mention of "Mercury" is a stolen car.
