A friend is having her loan ,they have had for about 3 years modified , My question is the size of the new docs, my thought are it will be smaller than the original but what do I know.
Does anyone have any exp. with a modified loan?

Last week I had a citibank modification. Borrowers were adding an escrow. 4 docs, that was it!

Della - I've done some 3 pagers and some 30 pagers. It depends on the lender.
