Multistate Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement

I have completed a signing today and I need to fax several documents to the mortgage company. They are requesting that I fax a copy of the Multistate Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement. There is no document in the package with this title. Is there another name for this type of document?

There are many different names that could be associated with that doc. It will be the equivalent of the note. It should be the doc that lists the loan amount, rate, min. payments ect. Look for variations of the name they asked you for. Normally 3 to 5 pages, although it can vary. Without seeing the docs, not much else I can suggest.
