Have anybody make NationsDirect pay you more than their stupid $ 40.00 dollars?


According to their website they close like 10,000 loans a month and if they are getting $ 110.00 per signing, they are really making the big bucks at the newbies cost.

I do about 2 a month from them, They dont like to pay me fees, (its not $40) and I dont like to fax back their docs. I only send them the RTC, Signature page of DOT and notarized pages. If I dont forget and drop off the package. Sure am getting bad about dropping them of first.

Do they contact you by phone for their signings? Or do you get an invitation for a signing on their website?
