Notary Luncheon in Burbank, Ca

Hi,
Does anyone have any information on the notary luncheon being held on March 6th in Burbank,ca? I'm not sure where to look for this info in this forum as I was told it was posted here in Notary Rotary. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!
