Opening a Signing Agency

I see that most Signing Agents have problems with Signing Cos. for payments. What stops a Signing agent from opening his Signing Company. How much cost is involved. Is it worth?

I don't see that it would be a problem, but most small business fail due to undercapitalization and not following a business plan. I find that most SS don't account for unfunded loans/slow payments from escrow companies or title companies. Therefore the companies should keep a payroll account or an account that is specifically to pay their vendors or a/p.
