Hi everyone, i just received an e-mail from the above company. They are out of Livingston, NJ.
Have anybody heard from them?? Are they any good at all?? I checked under Signing Services, and there was no reference about them from any body??

Low paying company.. Plus the Owner has a title company in Westfield NJ.. Not worth it IMHO

I received the smae e-mail. They might pay on time but I will not be siging up with them. The base fee is $50 - too low for me.

I have found that $50 is where a company will advertise their base starts. They will, of course, use the cheapest notary. However, if the cheaper notary does not exist, or is not available, they might meet your fee.

Sign up, state your base, and negotiate when the call comes in.
