Quickbooks

Does anyone who uses Quickbooks have it set up to track mileage per signing? I know there has got to be a way.

In QB Pro 2002, you can do it this way:

First, click "edit" "preference" and click yes to "time tracking/cost"

When you create an invoice, there is a "Time/Cost" on the toolbar. Click on it and you can assign expenses to the invoice/job

To read more, go to "help" "help index" "expenses" "assigning to a job"

Hope this helps.

I'm using Quickbooks Basic 2004. Don't think you can track time, etc. with Basic.

That must be for Pro - I don't have that feature.
