Self Advertising vs. Signing companies

I'm just getting started here in San Diego and I'd like some advertising suggestions. My plan is to personally go to lenders, brokers and escrow companies but I think a signing service is going to give me steady work. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? I've tried the search feature for answers to this " frequently asked question" but could'nt find any.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket -- translated don't let any one SS take up more than 50% of your time.
