Service Link Title Co in PA
Called me and offerd $60 for an overnight or $25 more for edoc's. Anyone know if that is what they normally pay? They have TITLE Co in their name, I guess they are a title co. and titile co's normally pay more than that.

They are a title company paying SS fees. Another title co that makes me sick. But hey, that is more than some will pay even if the HUD says they are getting $300-$500 for the closing.

Hey, sounds like they are being generous! :-) Information on the boards is they have reduced their edoc fee to $15. I see they are offering you $25.
I've been doing this for 2 years. A year ago, when I tried to sign up with Service Link they wouldn't take me because they required 2 years experience. About a month later, messages on the board were newbies were working for them. I guess they changed their policy and lowered their fees. From all that I have heard, I'm glad they wouldn't take me.

SERVICELINK WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR. THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO MARKET CONDITIONS FOR THE TYPE OF LOANS THEY HANDLE AND THE FEES THEY PAY. UNFORTUNATELY THEY SELDOM CALL ME NOW. COULD BE VOLUME IN MY AREA OR THEIR CHOICE OF MAXIMUM FEES. TO BAD; THEY REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND SEEM TO BE WILLING STO SETTLE.

IMHO - Ron's got to get started somewhere. I won't post what I get from them because of the nature of our business and competition, but $85 for a local edoc could be worse for a new guy.

I did the same thing. Of course they called me about 3 more times after that.

IF they have a gun to their head, they are 'negotiable', but will always opt for 'cheapest'.
