Sirianni- How I finally got paid!!

I would recommend sending a certified letter to any deadbeats. I had been trying to collect on a signing done in August, 2004. I phoned and faxed; over and over. I finally sent a certified letter last week and was shocked today to find a check in the mail from them. Although, it was dated October, 2004. Good luck!!

Yeah, like I told another person two days ago, sending out a certified letter to the deadbeat is a wonderful way to get their attention. The return signature also offers you a form of evidence to show that you've tried to get your money, if you take furthure action and bring suit.
