Training went well seems the package will be the same size as a refi just need to factor in extra time for explaining the docs (side note you must be very careful on your wording when explaining the docs)

We have not had any appointments for this type of loan as of yet. (you would think I would have a ton of them since I live in the retirement county of NJ)
