email doc's, edoc's
I have been charging $25 to download and print 2 copies of docs. Normally from 50 pages to 75 pages each depending on the company. Am I giving away the store?

That is what I have getting as well, sometimes for more than 90 pages each (I never know until they send them) Never really got more than that except for once, when it was supposed to be overnight and they forgot to send them...so I told them I charged $35...got it no problem. That of course, got me thinking, but how are you supposed to start charging more with companies that have already used you at the $25 rate?

That is what I charge as well. Because my area of the country is rural BIG TIME I also charge $25.00 for homes further than 50 miles round trip to help pay for the high price of gas.

I have been charging $50 as most pkgs as they run about 175 +/- pgs so you have 2x that # to print + time & suppies. At my Office Max they charge; $.09/pg for letter & $.10 for letter. I am in a very rural area and there are not very many NSA's around here.

sorry, pressed wrong key!!! I get $35 for about 70 pages (more if close to 100 or more) I use $30 hour for my time. Down laod/printing times takes 15+ minutes equals $15. $20 covers paper. ink and use of my equipment which is HP 1300 PCL5e/HP 3330 PCL 6 and DSL line with extra space for the download. Aside, I work a large, rural area-northwest, west, southwest of Ft Worth TX/a trip can be 250 miles round trip, not always on interstate hwy. My rule of thumb for trip fee is, round trip milage divided by 50 to equal driving time in hours plus $65 signing fee. You must know your area and who else is in it to do the signing.
