Suggestions

First, when you post here use the two-letter state designation in the Author field. People can help you better if they know in what state(s) you hold a commission.

More importantly, read all the back postings here. You will find more real-life experience and helpful tips than in any book. No, we're not being cruel. We expect you to do some research on your own before we spoon-feed you.
