notes on closings
I am a construction engineer (consultant) and over the years have developed the habit of keeping a diary. This is not a work log (that would belong to the company). I make notes re: anything unusual or different about a closing. i.e. 3 revised HUDs, missing docs, no copy of license etc. I usually dictate into my digital tape recorder when I leave the closing so I don't forget anything, then enter the info into my diary.
