question on spaces on notorial section of mortgage

On the notorial section of the mortgage, there are two questionable blanks. What would put in the blancks, if anything? After name, the usual verbage it reads: "...who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged ______executed the same as ______free act and deed."

Any helpers? thnx

I think it would be "they, he, or she" and "their, his, her."
