Bainstall.exe

I have installed this print utility and when finished it says that it has installed successfully. However, it still is not recognized on my syster and when I right click and try to do a "open with" I do not see the bainstall software. What is the trick with this? There was one post a while ago, but he never got it work and said there might be issues with XP. Anyone have any luck on this.

Lisa,
I also had difficulties with the BAINSTALL.EXE program, with the same symptoms as you. I was able to get it corrected by precisely following the directions listed below. Good Luck!!

> right-click on the <loannumber.bxx> file and choose the "Open With" option

> click on "Choose program" off of "Open With" (Shift/Right-click if your

> 3. You should see an "Open With" window with a list of programs. For now

> 4. Now click on the "Other" or "Browse" button just below that message.
> This

>
> 6. After double-clicking on the "Windows" or "Winnt" folder you will see a

> Once

> 7. This will bring you back to the initial "Open With" window and baprint

Thanks for the info from me, too. I haven't done one yet, but have bainstall installed for future use, and have heard so many other agents having a hard time with it. I'll keep this handy in my BOA file......
